The entity and knowledge layer
White-Label AEO for Agencies
Your brand on the report. Our team behind it.
Offer answer engine optimization and AI visibility reporting to your clients under your own brand. We do the research, testing and fix plans behind the scenes; you keep the client relationship.
Built for
SEO, digital marketing and web agencies whose clients are asking about ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI search.
What you walk away with
- Unbranded AI visibility audits and monthly reports
- Prompt research and tracking across major AI engines
- Fix plans your team or ours can deliver
- Pitch support for your client meetings
What we work towards
AEO for every client, under your name.
Each client gets the same prompt by prompt view across the main assistants, delivered in your branding, so you can sell AI visibility without building the capability in-house.

- Clear relationships between brand, services, people and places
In short: White-label AEO lets your agency offer answer engine optimization and AI visibility reporting to clients under your own brand. Digital Tatva runs the prompt research, tests answers across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, and writes the fix plan. You present it as your work and keep the client relationship. Like any honest AEO provider, we do not promise placement in AI answers, and your clients will not hear that promise from us.
Your clients are already asking about AI
Business owners now see AI answers at the top of Google and hear that their customers ask ChatGPT for recommendations. Sooner or later they ask their agency the same question: are we showing up, and what are you doing about it? Many agencies have strong SEO, content and paid media teams but no repeatable way to test AI answers, explain why a brand is or is not named, or report progress month to month.
Building that capability takes time. You need a testing method that gives stable results, a way to read citations across engines, a clear point of view on what actually moves AI visibility, and reporting that does not overclaim. White-label AEO gives you that from the first client, while you decide whether to build it in-house later.
How it works
- Intro call. We learn about your agency, your clients and how you sell. We agree how we will work together, who talks to the client and what branding the deliverables carry.
- Client brief. For each client you share the website, the category, the main competitors and the services that matter most. A short questionnaire covers the rest.
- Prompt research. We build a prompt set from real buyer questions in that market: category questions, comparison questions, cost questions and brand questions.
- Baseline audit. We test the prompts across the main AI engines, record who is named, which sources are cited and how the client is described, and check technical access for AI crawlers.
- Fix plan. We rank the fixes by effort and likely impact: technical, content, entity and third-party coverage. Your team can deliver them, or we can.
- Monthly reporting. We repeat the same tests and report the changes in plain language, in your branding, ready for your client meeting.
What you can resell
| Offer | What your client receives | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| AI visibility audit | Prompt by prompt results per engine, share of mentions against competitors, how AI describes the brand, ranked fix list | A paid first step, or a pitch asset for new business |
| Monthly AI visibility tracking | The same prompt set tested every month, trend charts, new citations and errors, three clear next actions | An add-on to an existing SEO retainer |
| AEO implementation support | Briefs and reviews for technical, content and entity fixes; your team does the work with our guidance | Agencies with their own SEO and content teams |
| Done-for-you AEO | We deliver the fixes too: schema, page rewrites, entity clean-up and outreach plans | Agencies that want to sell AEO without adding headcount |
Each offer can run on its own or as a step up from the one before. Many agencies start with an audit for one or two clients, then add tracking to the retainers that see value.
What stays yours
- The client relationship. You stay the point of contact. We do not approach your clients, and we work with them directly only if you ask us to.
- Your brand. Reports, decks and documents are delivered without Digital Tatva branding, ready for your logo and colours, or on your own templates.
- Your pricing. You set the price to your client. We agree our fee with you, not with them.
- Your methods, if you want them. If you plan to build AEO in-house, we can explain our method to your team as we go, so the knowledge stays with you.
What we will not do
Your reputation is on every report we write, so we hold the work to the same rules we use for our own clients.
- We do not promise or imply guaranteed placement in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or any other AI answer.
- We do not use fake reviews, anonymous forum posts, undisclosed paid placements or other tactics that break platform rules.
- We do not inflate numbers. AI answers vary by session and location, and our reports say so.
- We do not invent results or case studies for your pitches.
Who this is for
- SEO agencies whose clients ask about AI search and AI Overviews.
- Digital marketing agencies that want an AI visibility offer alongside social, paid media and content.
- Web design and development studios that want to add AI readiness checks to launches and redesigns.
- PR and communications firms that want to show how coverage affects what AI says about a brand.
- Freelance consultants who need a specialist partner for AEO projects.
We work with agencies in India and abroad. Most work happens remotely, with calls scheduled around your client meetings.
Why agencies partner with a specialist
AEO overlaps with SEO, but it is not the same job. Answers change by engine and by prompt, citations come from a different mix of sources, and brand facts spread across the web shape what models say. Getting it right means testing carefully, reading the results honestly and knowing which fixes actually matter. Our guide to choosing an AEO agency explains what good practice looks like, and our five elements framework shows how we think about the work.
Partnering lets you offer that expertise now, learn from real client work and decide later whether to build a team of your own.
How reporting looks
Every monthly report follows the same structure so your clients can read it quickly:
- Summary: three lines on what changed and what happens next.
- Visibility: share of tracked prompts where the brand is named, by engine, compared with last month.
- Competitors: who is named instead, and where the gaps are.
- Citations: the sources AI engines cite for the category, and any new mentions earned.
- Accuracy: errors in how AI describes the brand, and what is being done to correct them.
- Google data: AI feature impressions from Search Console where available, and AI referral traffic from GA4.
- Actions: the fixes completed and the plan for next month.
See our AEO reporting template and guide to AI share of voice for the thinking behind it.
Getting started
The easiest way to begin is with one client. Use our free AI visibility checker to look at their technical basics, then tell us about the client in the form below. We will reply with how a white-label audit would run, what your client would receive and the timeline. If it works well, we agree a simple arrangement for the clients that follow.

Questions about white-label AEO
Will my clients know Digital Tatva is involved?
Only if you want them to. Deliverables come without our branding, and we do not contact your clients unless you ask us to join a call.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement covering your agency, your clients and the work we do together.
How is pricing set?
We agree a fee with your agency for each audit, tracking retainer or implementation project, based on the size of the prompt set and the work involved. You decide what to charge your client.
Which AI engines do you test?
Usually ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. We adjust the list to the engines that matter in your client’s market.
Can you guarantee my client will appear in ChatGPT?
No, and no honest provider can. We improve the things that influence AI answers and report what changes, so you can show real progress without making promises you cannot keep.
Can my team do the implementation?
Yes. Many agencies use our audit and fix plan, then deliver the work with their own SEO, content and development teams, with us reviewing as needed.
