The client
Jucas (myjucas.com) is all-in-one catering management software, built by QDev Technolab. It covers order management, catering agency and staff coordination, quotations and invoices, multilingual counter name plates, ground file reports, finance, stock and payroll, with WhatsApp, email and SMS sharing and a mobile app. Its customers are small and mid-sized caterers across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Telangana. Jucas reports serving more than 200 catering businesses and processing more than 10,000 orders (source: myjucas.com, October 2026).
The challenge
Catering software is a niche category. When a caterer searches or asks an AI assistant for the best software to manage catering orders, the answers often drift to generic restaurant billing or POS tools that do not handle events, menus or vendor agencies. Jucas needs to be the clear, specific answer for caterers, in the words caterers actually use.
Our approach
1. A prompt set in caterers’ own words
We track the questions caterers ask AI tools when they look for software, such as the best catering software in India, how to manage catering orders and menus on WhatsApp, and billing software for caterers in Gujarat, across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini.
2. Answer-first pages for each module
Each module page, from order management and agency coordination to quotations, counter name plates and ground file reports, opens with a direct answer to the question a caterer would ask, followed by short FAQs.
3. Structured data and consistent listings
SoftwareApplication, Organization and FAQ schema, with the same product facts on the website, the App Store and Google Play listings and software directories, so AI engines describe Jucas the same way everywhere.
4. Reviews and mentions from caterers
Reviews from the caterers who use Jucas, and mentions on the sites AI engines read for catering and event software.
How Jucas benefits from AEO
Our AEO service for Jucas is built to deliver four things:
- Named for caterer questions. When a caterer asks ChatGPT or Google for the best catering software, the answer should name Jucas instead of generic restaurant billing tools.
- Described accurately. AI answers should explain what Jucas actually does, from order and agency management to counter name plates and ground file reports, using the same facts everywhere.
- Found in the caterer’s own language. Pages that answer questions the way caterers ask them, including regional terms used in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- More demo requests from the right buyers. Visibility on the questions closest to a purchase, so the caterers who find Jucas through AI are ready to book a demo.
