The client
Digiteon is an offshore technology partner with teams in Chicago, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. It provides vetted ERP and eCommerce specialists through staff augmentation, dedicated development teams, project work and managed support, across NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify and BigCommerce. Its buyers are digital agencies, ERP resellers (VARs), software vendors and technology partners. Digiteon reports more than 10 years of partnerships, 40% cost savings for clients and 97% client satisfaction (source: digiteon.com, October 2026).
The challenge
Agency and VAR buyers research partners carefully and increasingly start with questions such as which company offers NetSuite staff augmentation or who can provide a dedicated Magento support team. Answers to those questions tend to name large staffing marketplaces. Digiteon needs to be named for each platform it specialises in, with its client results visible to the engines.
Our approach
1. A prompt set for every platform
We track buyer questions for each platform Digiteon covers, including NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365, Magento, Shopify and BigCommerce staffing and support, across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot.
2. Service and platform pages that answer first
Platform and engagement pages open with direct answers on engagement models, team sizes and onboarding time, the details agencies and VARs compare before they shortlist a partner.
3. Proof that engines can read
Client results and connector pages structured with clear figures, FAQs and schema, so AI engines can cite Digiteon’s work instead of generic marketplace listings.
4. Profiles and citations
Consistent facts across partner directories, review platforms and the comparison pages AI engines cite for offshore ERP and eCommerce development partners.
How Digiteon benefits from AEO
Our AEO service for Digiteon is built to deliver four things:
- Named for every platform. When an agency or VAR asks AI tools who offers NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365, Magento, Shopify or BigCommerce specialists, the answer should name Digiteon alongside the large staffing marketplaces.
- Proof that AI can quote. Client results, engagement models and onboarding times written so AI engines can repeat them accurately.
- Trust before the first call. Consistent facts across partner directories and review platforms, so buyers see the same strong picture wherever they look.
- Better-qualified enquiries. Visibility on the questions agencies ask when they are ready to add capacity, so enquiries arrive with a clear need.
