The challenge

Sellers Umbrella is an Amazon ecommerce marketing and PPC agency. Its buyers increasingly ask AI tools which agency to hire for Amazon growth, and the answers tended to name a handful of larger competitors. The goal was to get Sellers Umbrella named and cited in those answers.

What we did

1. Prompt set and competitor benchmark

We built a set of prompts that Amazon sellers actually ask, such as which agency to hire for Amazon PPC or account management, and benchmarked Sellers Umbrella against five well-known Amazon agencies across the major AI engines.

2. AI visibility tracking

We set up ongoing tracking so every month shows which prompts mention Sellers Umbrella, which cite its website and which still favour competitors.

3. Answer-first service content

Service pages were planned around direct answers, clear pricing and proof, so engines have something specific and quotable to cite.

4. Entity and citation work

We aligned the agency’s brand facts across its site and profiles and targeted the comparison and list pages that AI engines cite for Amazon agency prompts.

Results

Measured with ZeroRank AI visibility tracking over the 90 days to 26 October 2026, across prompts Amazon sellers ask when choosing an agency:

126 mentions of Sellers Umbrella in AI answers.

Average position of 1.7 when named, the best of the six agencies tracked.

73 out of 100 average sentiment when an answer names Sellers Umbrella.

When AI engines mention Sellers Umbrella, they tend to list it near the top. The work now is to appear in more answers, where larger competitors are still named more often.

Turning a Webflow agency website into a US lead channel

How we set up search and AI visibility work for Appsrow, a Webflow development agency targeting B2B and enterprise buyers in the USA.

The challenge

Appsrow builds websites on Webflow for businesses in the USA. The site had good service pages but was not producing a steady flow of enquiries from the buyers Appsrow wanted most: B2B and enterprise teams in the United States. Lead generation, not traffic, was the goal.

What we did

1. A baseline from real data

We built a performance report from Google Search Console and an AI visibility tracker, showing which queries already brought impressions, which pages converted and where Appsrow was missing from AI answers about Webflow development.

2. A roadmap focused on leads

We agreed a two-month plan for September and October 2026, then a Q4 roadmap aimed at winning B2B and enterprise clients in the USA. Every task was ranked by how close it sat to an enquiry.

3. City landing pages for the US market

We planned city-specific Webflow development pages for US tier 2 cities, where competition is lower than in New York or San Francisco but demand for agency partners is real. Each page answers the questions a buyer in that city asks, in an answer-first format.

4. AI visibility tracking

We track how AI engines answer prompts such as which Webflow agency to hire, so the content plan targets the answers that influence US buyers.

Results

Measured with ZeroRank AI visibility tracking over the 90 days to 26 October 2026, across a set of prompts US buyers ask about hiring a Webflow agency:

406 mentions of Appsrow in AI answers.

Second of 18 Webflow agencies tracked by number of mentions.

11% share of AI visibility across the tracked prompts.

76 out of 100 average sentiment when an answer names Appsrow.

These figures are a snapshot of where Appsrow stands now. The next step is to grow its share on the prompts where competitors still lead.
